Do you sell used or brand new products:

We sell brand new and used items. If items are used they will be listed under the used items categorie. The listing will have the condition of the used item.

We except Pay Pal payments only for the reason Pay Pal is secure and easy to process. We also accept money orders and checks.

When will my order be shipped:

When your order is placed it will be processed withen 24 to 48 Hrs through paypal. Once it is processed we will ship your order. If you send check or money order we will process and ship your order once we verify check funds availability.

When you place an order we will notify you by email that your order is being processed. When transactions are approved and your order is shipped we will e-mail you indicating the order was delivered and issue you a delivery confirmation tracking number to track your order.

We currently use USPS to ship all our orders.

When orders are placed and processed within 24 to 48 Hrs products will arrive at their destination within 2-14 business days.

What if I receive my item and it is damaged:

If your item is damaged contact us and we will issue you a return authorization number. When you ship the damaged item back we will check item for damage and issue a refund for the item subtotal minus shipping.

If you live in California we do charge taxes of 7.75%. If you live outside of california you will not pay sales taxes.
